DOWL maintains in-house expertise offering a full spectrum of civil engineering services in municipal, transportation, geotechnical, structural, planning and environmental engineering specializing in water/wastewater, storm water, and construction with an emphasis on public infrastructure projects. We have been providing civil engineering services to local, state and federal agencies, public entities, private companies, and individuals for 60 years. A true strength of DOWL is our commitment to the communities we serve and our capacity to call on the resources of a significant network of outstanding employees and expertise.
