The City of Casper just purchased a new Quickview Air HD camera so we will be getting rid of our older system (like the one in this link https://www.ebay.com/itm/223946416497 ).  It is older and would require about $1,500 in repairs, but if you or any other municipality would be interested or would like more info please let me know.   It does a particularly nice job in storm pipe; 8” pipe is a more difficult application.
